• Place Massaging Gel Ball of Foot cushion in shoe with gel side down so that the cushion area rests in the widest portion of the shoe just in front of the arch.
• Trim the cushion, if necessary.
• If the cushion moves in the shoe, attach one enclosed adhesive strip to the flat, gel side of each cushion.
• Remove tape from backing from adhesive strip and press cushion firmly into front of shoe under ball of foot.
